Crippled and the Death of little object a - Experimental Sound after Lacan

This is chapter nine of <The Contingency Test>. It will hopefully be released as part of "Contingentia", a 13 CD-boxed set and a book with enunciations, diagrams and text by different authors in (maybe) early 2024. The music is an anthology of electronic sound pieces that I have created between 2009 and 2023. It is the horrific imaginary story of ones death and another one, through the distorted mirror lens of the Psychology of Hearing. This one concludes a text/sound piece not yet realised/published, with words based on text fragments by Thomas Ligotti and H.P. Lovecraft. This will be the last part of "Janus Monologe" (chapter ten). All synthetic sound, made in the SuperCollider programming- and synthesis environment. The original piece is from 2009 (I am counting the chapters backwards in time, revealing a "new order" chronic.

This is dedicated to Jacques Beloiel and his daughter. My love goes to them.

It is sometimes called the object cause of desire, as it is the force that induces desire towards any particular object. Lacan always insisted that the term should remain untranslated, "thus acquiring the status of an algebraic sign"."
